Basic policy on the proper handling of personal information

7. Disclosure, amendment, suspension of use, etc. of retained personal data

The Company will respond without delay when requested by the principal or his / her representative to disclose the retained personal data that identifies the principal, except in the following cases.
・ When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the person or a third party
・ When there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper implementation of the Company's business
・ When it is against the law

In addition, the Company will investigate and respond to requests for correction, addition or deletion of the retained personal data on the basis of falsity. In addition, the Company will stop the use and deletion of the retained personal data and stop providing it to third parties in cases where the acquisition, handling or provision to third parties of retained personal data violates the law.
